Designed by the award-winning master cabinet maker and designer Antrei Hartikainen, Petit Bastone creates a natural continuum to the Bastone Collection.
Standing at the forefront of art and design, the Bastone Collection showcases Hartikainen’s interest in studying light and shadow and his appreciation of craftsmanship.
The inspiration behind the Bastone collection comes from nature — when spending time outdoors, Bastone’s designer Antrei Hartikainen always admired the tall and sparse woods where one can see how the light shifts through the trees.
Antrei wanted to reflect that experience by creating a similar effect for the cabinets: the wooden dowel rods create an arched form that is riddled with light.
Dimensions: W 120 cm x H 80 cm x D 50 cm (W 47.2 in x H 31,5 in x D 19.7 in)
Materials: Oak
The sideboard is available with or without doors and in colours of Oak and Stained Black.
